The Apple iPod Touch is the latest release out of the iPod line-up. When you look at it, it is basically an iPhone and a classic iPod merged. It has a large screen, good enough for videos, a cutting-edge interface, Wi-Fi Internet, electronic mail and has music download capabilities.

As of the moment, the iPod Touch only has a measly capacity of 16GB. It may be big enough for most users, but if you are just like any other gadget geek out there; you won’t be satisfied with such capacity. Most of its features have been handed over by the iPhone. Although the Touch does not have any phone capabilities or Bluetooth, it also has some points ahead of the iPhone.

The Touch has the ability to output video and photos to a television by using an optional Apple AV cable, a Universal Dock or any qualifying third-party video accessory. You can also manually manage music and video content. More features that the iPod Touch is its Wi-Fi enabled Web browser, the wireless music store that it can access, a wide-screen video playback, the photo viewer and the audio player.
Even if the Touch is versatile in most aspects, it is also the only iPod that does not support a generic USB storage mode.
